Tinley man charged with speeding, DUI

Oct. 9

Robert J. Dodero, 32, of Tinley Park, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. and charged with disobeying a traffic control signal, speeding, DUI and BAC of .08 or more after he was stopped by police for allegedly 60 mph in a 45 mph zone on Oak Park Avenue at West Point Drive, police said. When he was asked for his driver's license and insurance card, Dodero allegedly gave police his driver's license and an Illinois fishing permit. Police also detected a strong smell of alcohol on his breath, according to the police report. His court date is Nov. 22 in Bridgeview.

Oct. 5

John P. Morgan, 45, of Midlothian, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. and charged with retail theft after he allegedly stole five boxes of fragrances valued at $135 from a store in the 16000 block of Harlem Avenue, police said. His court date is pending.

Oct. 8

Faymarie C. Fiorenzo-McGrath, 25, of Oak Forest, was arrested at 2 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after police received a call reporting an unwanted subject standing outside a bar in the 17200 block of Oak Park Avenue and screaming at people, police said. Her court date is Nov. 22 in Bridgeview.

Oct. 9

Raymond M. Herman, 35, of Peontone, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. and charged with speeding and driving with a suspended license after he was allegedly traveling 55 mph in a 35 mph zone on Ridgeland Avenue, police said. His court date is Nov. 22 in Bridgeview.

Oct. 10

Ronald R. Karp, 44, of Tinley Park, was arrested at 1:05 p.m. and charged with driving without a valid driver's license, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after he was allegedly involved in an accident in the 16000 block of Harlem Avenue, police said. His court date is Nov. 9 in Bridgeview.

Kenneth M. Akison, 26, of Frankfort, was arrested at 6 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct after he allegedly threatened another man in the 7600 block of 173rd Street, police said. His court date is Nov. 9 in Bridgeview.

Oct. 11

Jasmine N. Moore, 22, of Homewood, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. and charged with failure to yield when merging, drivng without proof of insurance and driving with a suspended license after he was stopped for existing a parking lot without yielding, police said. Her court date is Nov. 9 in Bridgeview.
